組合式清理篩 Combined Cleaning & Grading Machine
專門針對(duì)客戶對(duì)更大產(chǎn)量和更佳清理效果的追求。該機(jī)在不增加占地面積的情況下,通過(guò)增大篩理面積,將多組篩面組合在同一個(gè)篩體內(nèi)并聯(lián)工作。并配套了高效的進(jìn),出口風(fēng)選裝置于一體,稱之為組合清理篩。
本機(jī)是利用篩體回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)使物料在篩面上做圓形運(yùn)動(dòng),延長(zhǎng)物料在篩面上的運(yùn)行行程及時(shí)間,提高顆粒穿過(guò)篩面的幾率原理來(lái)進(jìn)行分離大小雜質(zhì)的設(shè)備。同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)力有效的進(jìn),出物料吸風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、將物料中的輕雜質(zhì)和灰塵吸走。
適合小麥、水稻、玉米、豆類、可可、薏仁、南瓜子、西瓜子、葵花籽、花生、腰果、榛子、核桃、松子、板栗、白果(銀杏)、開心果、碧根果、夏威夷果,亞麻籽、奇亞籽、巴旦木等顆粒狀物料的清選或分級(jí)。

This machine is specifically designed to meet customers’ demand for higher capacity and better cleaning performance. Without increasing the overall footprint, it expands the screening area by combining multiple sieve decks operating in parallel within a single screen body. It is also equipped with an integrated high-efficiency air aspiration system at both the inlet and outlet, therefore it is called a Combined Cleaning Screen.
This machine uses a rotary motion of the screen body to make materials move in a circular path on the sieve surface, extending the travel distance and retention time. This increases the probability of particles passing through the sieve, enabling effective separation of oversize and undersize impurities. At the same time, a powerful and efficient air suction system at both inlet and outlet removes light impurities and dust from the material stream.
It is suitable for cleaning or grading granular materials such as wheat, rice, corn, beans, cocoa, broomcorn millet, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, pine nuts, chestnuts, ginkgo nuts, pistachios, pecans, macadamia nuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and almonds.
